About Revd Olajide Ayoola-Abolade PhD
OLAJIDE AYOOLA-ABOLADE was called to the ministry on the 7th of August, 1987. He is a multi-instrumentalist and a song writer who has written over 300 songs, many of which has found its way into the worship culture of the Church body. He served God as a Music Pastor in various congregations for years, especially in El-Shaddai Covenant Ministries before his call into the pastoral and teaching ministry with the same organization, whose headquarters was then in Jos, for 15 years. He became the Pastor of El-Shaddai Covenant Church, Lagos (1994-1997) and El-Shaddai Covenant Cathedral, Jos (1998-2003). He is currently the Pastor of Berea Baptist Church, Surulere, Lagos.
He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro (HND Civil Engineering); the University of Jos (Post-Graduate Diploma in Technical Education, PGDTE); a graduate of Baptist College of Theology, Lagos, which is an affiliate of the Nigeria Baptist Theological Seminary Ogbomoso, Nigeria (Bachelor Degree in Theology B.Th.) and Cornerstone Advanced Theological Seminary Jos (M.A Religious Education); Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye, (M.A Christian Religious Studies) and Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary, in affiliation with Ekiti State University (Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D. in New Testament Theology).
He is married to Mrs. Grace Aniefiok Ayoola-Abolade and they are blessed with wonderful wonderful children.
